West Cork Ginger Mule Whiskey Cocktail
Refreshingly minty with a sweet and herbal spice
1. Ingredients
- 50ml West Cork Black Cask Blended Whiskey
- 35ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 30ml Soda Water
- 20ml Homemade Ginger Syrup
- 15ml Amaro
- 4 Leaves Mint Leaves
- Lime Wedges (For Garnish)
2. Method
- Muddle mint and lime wedge into a highball glass and add ingredients.
- Fill the highball with crushed ice and mix with a bar spoon.
- Top up with soda and float amaro over the top.
- Add Lime wedges and mint sprig for Garnish.
