Tropical Peaty Pineapple
A tropical burst of tangy flavours. Sweet, Sour and Smokey
1. Ingredients
- 50ml Glengarriff Peat Charred Single Malt
- 120ml Pineapple Juice
- 35ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Vanilla Syrup
- 2 Bar spoons Ruby Port
- 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
- Garnish of Pineapple leaves
2. Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake well.
- Fine strain into a highball glass over cubed ice.
- Add two pineapple leaves for garnish and serve.
