1. Ingredients
- 50ml West Cork 5 Year Old Pot Still
- 150ml Soda Water
- 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Lemon Rind For Garnish
2. Method
- Add whiskey and lemon to a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top up with soda or Ginger Beer and
- Add Lemon Rind for Garnish.
